Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

How long is the battery life?

In normal living conditions battery life is around 2-3 years. Exposing your watch to low temperature, pressure, humid air or other extreme condition might damage the battery and lower battery life.

Minute hand on my watch isn't moving, what to do?

First step is to try to push the crown on the right side against watch body. Then wait around 20 to 30 minutes to see if the minute hand has started moving. If this didn't resolve your issue your battery has most likely ran out of power. To replace watch battery, we recommend taking your watch to a repair shop. If any of issues still persist after battery change we recommend heading to our contact us page.
